
Patient Support Services Manager (Environmental Services, Guest Services and Patient Transport)
Job Description
The Manager Patient Support Services is responsible for overseeing Environmental Services, Patient Transport, and Communications and Guest Services operations. This role ensures the hospital maintains a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for delivering medical care. In addition, the manager directs communications and guest services to provide a seamless, patient-centered experience throughout the facility. The position also leads the development and implementation of the patient transport team and provides ongoing supervision of its operations
SCHEDULE 40 hours per week/ 1.0 FTE. Days primarily; evenings, nights, and weekends as needed to support team
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in institutional housekeeping
- Two years of progressive leadership experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
- Associate of Arts degree in Management
- Two years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting
