• Managing & Execute IT initiatives for Mobile Banking projects 
• Analysis, Managing & Execution of IT initiatives for Solutioning, Implementation, Roll-out & Support for Mobile Banking project
• Develop strategy to execute short and long term priorities in Mobile Banking Space
• Identify strategies and technologies to enhance the customer experience in mobile space. 
• Project Planning, management, coordination and execution within time and cost constraints
• Technical & Functional support to business 
• Good Project Management Skills
• Good Communication Skills
• Knowledge of various Integration with testing tools and procedures with development and build tools and procedures.
• Vendor Management
• Banking & Finance domain knowledge will be advantage

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience of JAVA & Spring Boot
• Having Knowledge of Container Architecture (Docker & Kubernetes)
• Working Knowledge on Native & Hybrid Mobile Banking Technology like React Native etc
• Rest API
• LAMP stack​
• Messaging Systems Like IBM MQ, Rabbit and Knowledge on JMS a Must
• Working knowledge on any Mobile Platform
• Technical knowledge of App server like Apache Tomcat and webserver like Nginx, WAS etc
• Experience in Oracle PLSQL
• Hands-on experience of Unix/RHEL OS
