- Requires minimum 6 years of Defined Benefits/Defined Contribution experience
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical and communication knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Business requirement Documents
- Strong knowledge in MS Office, SQL
- Good understanding of all standard Procedure Documents
- Good Knowledge of Testing Procedures
- Strong team player
- Should be able to Coach & mentor team members
- Good project management skills
- Manage stakeholder communication (internal/external)
- Lead client projects independently & should be able to handle multiple clients
- Understanding of overall OTS methodology
- Good people management skill
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Uses best practices and understanding of business issues to improve products and services.
