About The Role
Knight Frank's Project & Building Consultancy team is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our established London office sector team.
This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in the delivery of high-profile office fit-out, refurbishment and repositioning projects across Central London, working with a diverse client base that includes occupiers, investors and developers. You will be entrusted with managing projects from inception through to completion, building lasting client relationships and helping to shape the continued growth of the team.
Working within one of the UK's leading property consultancies, you'll join a collaborative, ambitious and highly respected team that delivers some of the market's most exciting projects, ranging from occupier fit-outs through to major landlord refurbishment and repositioning schemes. Projects typically range from 5,000 sq ft to 200,000 sq ft, with exposure to larger, landmark schemes across London.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the delivery of office fit-out, refurbishment and repositioning projects from initial briefing through to completion.
- Acting as a trusted adviser to clients, providing strategic advice on project delivery, procurement, programme, risk and commercial considerations.
- Managing and coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams through design, tender, construction and handover stages.
- Building and developing strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for repeat business and new instructions.
- Preparing fee proposals, supporting pitches and contributing to business development activities.
- Producing and presenting project, programme and financial reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members, helping to develop technical capability and future talent.
- Contributing to the strategic growth and success of the London Project Management team.
About You
We're interested in speaking with commercially minded project professionals who thrive on delivery, relationship building and achieving outstanding results for clients.
You will likely possess:
- MRICS qualification or an equivalent project management, construction or engineering qualification.
- A strong track record delivering office fit-out, refurbishment or repositioning projects within the London market.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills, with the confidence to influence and advise at all levels.
- Experience leading project teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong commercial awareness and a genuine interest in developing client relationships and winning new business.
- A collaborative leadership style, with a passion for supporting and developing others.
