Job Description
- Hire, lead and manage the North American Digitization Operations team. Provide coaching and career development for individuals on the team.
- Set the goals and direction for the team by outlining goals and objectives for multiple operations staffed via third-party temps/vendors.
- Drive results by tracking key operational metrics, identifying process improvement opportunities and delivering on strategic initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional partners to develop and scale operations.
- Collaborate with leadership in key project governance tasks, including: requirements gathering, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of teams and approval processes.
