Are you ready to launch your leadership career with a global logistics leader?

The UPS Korea Management Trainee Program is 18 months accelerated development journey designed for high-potential talent who aspire to become future leaders in operations and business management.

This is not just a training program — it is a direct pathway to a permanent management role at UPS.

** Successful trainees will be placed into a Operation Management Position upon completion of the program, based on performance and final evaluation. **

What You’ll Experience

Throughout the program, you will gain hands-on exposure, develop critical leadership capabilities, and build a strong foundation for your career at UPS.

Structured Rotational Program

• Phase 1: Operations Training (9 months)
  Gain in-depth, frontline experience in UPS core operations

• Phase 2: Commercial Training (6 months)
  Learn how key business functions support operational excellence

• Phase 3: Cross-Functional Exposure (3 months)
  Broaden your perspective across various departments and business units

What You’ll Do

• Participate in a structured, development-focused training program

• Rotate across multiple functions to build business understanding

• Work on real business projects and improvement initiatives

• Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities

• Receive continuous coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher : Mandated

• Excellent command of written and spoken English : Mandated

• Strong interest in operations, logistics, and leadership development

• High learning agility and adaptability in dynamic environments

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Result-driven and self-initiative, attention to detail

• Proficient in Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and word applications

Working Hours & Work location

• Mon to Fri (09:00 ~ 18:00, excluding 1 hour lunch break)

• UPS Korea HQ (94-3, Mullae-ro, Youngdeungpo-gu, Seoul, 07295, Korea). Frequent business travel to various function facilities can be required.
