Director Staff Development LVN

Rosewood, an award-winning HumanGood life plan community in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Full-time Director of Staff Development (DSD) LVN. The DSD LVN assesses training needs, plans, implements and provides in-service education and department specific new team member orientation. S/he ensures all medical staff are trained to provide care in accordance with our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care,” as well as in accordance with appropriate local, state and federal regulations.
