Working Hours: 8a-5p M-F

Summary:

Provides quality management oversight in the areas of access, financial performance, clinical effectiveness and patient, physician, and employee satisfaction in order to ensure successful clinic operations and maximum quality patient care.

Other information:
• Bachelors in Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years health care management experience or advancement in the career ladder from a Practice Manager I after 3 years in the system with last two consecutive evaluations prefer rating is exceeds or above

• Proven financial management skills, excellent communication/leadership ability, and knowledge of all clinic operations such as billing/coding, accounting and medical software systems.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
