Vitalant is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse dedicated to making a positive difference. Your impact as a Lead Registered Nurse is vital. You will play a pivotal role in supporting Vitalant's life-saving mission by conducting advanced clinical procedures, which encompass therapeutic apheresis procedures including stem cell, granulocyte, and lymphocyte collections, all while operating under the supervision of a licensed physician.
What to Expect:
Schedule: Day shift with On-Call, Variable Hours.
Salary: $80168.40 - $95825.60 Annually, Depending on Experience
Work Location: Kadlec Regional Medical Center - Richland, WA
Training Location: You must be able to travel and train to Lad Vegas, NV and Spokane, WA for training. Some work will be remote

As a Lead Registered Nurse, you'll get to
- Provide excellent care to our patients.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions or equivalent expertise, (such as infusion, dialysis, or critical care).
- Work autonomously in various clinical settings.
- Coordinate with physicians and nurses from different hospitals for therapeutic treatments.
- Train clinical apheresis staff and assess performance of procedures.
- Utilize your clinical judgment to ensure appropriate and safe apheresis treatments.
- Act as a clinical consultant for patient treatment planning.
- Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma from an accredited School of Nursing required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of rationale and techniques relating to assigned duties required.
- 2 years of previous hospital experience or related experience required.
- RN license in state of practice required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Valid driver's license required.
