
Rep Services Representative - Champ Jewelry (Level 1)
Job Description
- Handle all phone and written communications with field sales reps concerning account set-up (new accounts and product offerings) and maintenance as well as day-to-day activities including warranty issues. Also provides sales training as necessary.
- Interface with manufacturing plants and other support groups to resolve work-in-process issues and customer inquiries.
- Gather and disperse information to sales force, sales management and plants on orders, repairs, and delivery events.
- Communicate special handling of orders and accounts to office and plant personnel. Includes monitoring of sales reservation system.
- Team participation and responsibilities including cross-functional coverage.
- Interact with Product and Marketing Specialists to ensure the best solution for the customer’s needs.

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years of diversified customer service experience or sales support experience.
- Experience with financial reporting and credit reviews.
- Fully bilingual English/Spanish
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, (with an emphasis on Excel), Oracle, MS Project.
