What we’re looking for
The day-to-day
- Build and assemble drones and sub-systems to consistentlyhigh qualitystandards.
- Supportsetup,optimization, anddailyoperationoftheassemblylineandproductionfloor.
- Performincominggoodsinspection,preparationalwork, andinventoryhandlingtokeepproductionmoving.
- Execute in-processand finalqualitychecks—documentdeviations, support root-causeinvestigations.
- Workwithengineeringtodevelopassemblyprocedures,toolingneeds, andfactoryprocesses.
You should apply if you
- Completed vocational training in a technical field, e.g. mechatronics, electronics, or mechanical engineering.
- Comfortable working with mechanical assemblies, electronics, tools, and production equipment.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented — you learn new procedures fast and get things done.
- Strong attention to detail; you take pride in quality workmanship.
- Able to work effectively in a multicultural team.
- German B2 or higher; English B2 or higher.
Nice to haves
- Experience in soldering and basic lean production principles.
- First experience to UAVs or dronesystems.
- Eligible to obtain NATO or EU security clearance.
