Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent to join our team as a strategic Senior Manager, Transformation Communications, to help shape and drive the communications strategy for the Human Resources function’s Accelerating Gamechangers program. As part of the Change Management Hub, this role partners with the Senior Director, HR Communications, and program leaders to develop integrated communication approaches that build understanding, engagement, and adoption across the global HR organization.

This will be an 18-month duration based assignment with a preferred location of New Brunswick, NJ. Consideration will be given to other office locations and employees who can work on an Eastern Time Zone schedule.

Serving as a trusted communications advisor and subject matter expert, the Senior Manager translates complex transformation priorities into clear narratives, leadership communications, and employee engagement strategies that advance program goals and strengthen organizational alignment. The role uses audience insights, feedback, and communication metrics to continuously improve effectiveness and support successful change adoption.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking, executive communications expertise, and strong stakeholder influence to lead critical communications initiatives, establish governance and best practices, and ensure a consistent, compelling transformation story across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Communications Strategy & Transformation Advisory

  • Lead development and ongoing evolution of the integrated communications strategy for Accelerating Gamechangers, ensuring alignment with transformation objectives, business priorities, and employee experience goals.

  • Serve as a strategic communications advisor to program and change leaders on communication risks, opportunities, stakeholder engagement approaches, and adoption strategies.

  • Develop audience-centered communication frameworks, engagement strategies, and communication roadmaps that drive understanding, alignment, and sustained behavior change.

  • Apply insights, employee feedback, and communications metrics to refine strategies and improve program effectiveness over time.

  • Contribute to the development of the broader transformation narrative and positioning strategy, helping articulate the long-term vision for HR.

Executive Communications & Leadership Engagement

  • Counsel senior leaders on communication approaches that strengthen visibility, credibility, and engagement during periods of organizational change.

  • Develop and coordinate executive communications strategies and content for key leadership and governance forums, including Steering Committee, HR Executive Committee, and OneHR Leaders Quarterly Connects.

  • Ensure leaders are equipped with consistent, high-quality messaging and engagement resources that reinforce transformation objectives and organizational priorities.

  • Content Studio & Governance

  • Establish and coordinate the transformation program's communications governance model, ensuring consistent messaging, quality standards, and communication excellence across workstreams.

  • Serve as steward of the master narrative, messaging architecture, communication standards, and leadership communications framework.

  • Provide subject matter expertise and consultation to project teams on communication procedures, messaging approaches, and partner engagement tactics.

  • Guide and influence communications activities across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment with the overall transformation story and employee experience.

Communications Channels, Insights & Engagement

  • Lead communication channel strategy and content governance across transformation platforms, including the Transformation Management Office Teams site and related channels.

  • Establish mechanisms to capture and analyze communication metrics, customer feedback, and engagement insights to continuously improve effectiveness.

  • Use data-driven approaches to optimize communication methods, strengthen employee engagement, and support adoption objectives.

  • Partner with Enterprise Employee Communications and other collaborators to amplify key landmarks, reinforce organizational priorities, and support a cohesive employer brand.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience leading employee communications, change communications, transformation communications, or related fields.

  • Proven success developing communication strategies that support large-scale organizational transformation and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Experience advising senior executives and navigating complex organizations.

  • Strong discernment and ability to translate complex transformation concepts into compelling, actionable communications.

  • Experience using data, insights, and feedback mechanisms to evaluate and improve communication outcomes.

Preferred

  • Experience with HR, workforce, or operating model transformations.

  • Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci.

  • Experience using channels, analytics, and engagement data to improve communication effectiveness.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$122,000.00 - $212,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).



This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.



Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
