Job Description
Diseñador UI UX senior
Requirements:
Must have:
Over 4 years of experience in UX/UI design for enterprise applications
Proficiency in design tools, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design
Experience creating and managing design systems, component libraries
Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
Ability to conduct user research and analyze user behavior
Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders
Ability to translate business needs into user‑focused design solutions
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and stakeholder interviews
Create user personas, journey maps, interaction flows
Design wireframes, low‑fidelity and high‑fidelity prototypes
Develop and maintain UI design systems and component libraries
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
Collaborate with product, development, and business teams
Ensure consistency and usability across digital products
Apply accessibility standards and best design practices
Translate requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences
Continuously improve design workflows and user experience quality
Required Languages
Advanced English 80-95%
