Job Description

This position oversees daily operations and maintenance of the hospital’s main campus and satellite properties, boiler and generator power plant, building infrastructure systems, grounds, and maintenance staff to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The manager leads maintenance staff, coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, ensures survey readiness for regulatory agencies, manages vendor relationships, operational projects, and supports long-term capital planning and sustainability initiatives. The Facilities Operations Manager reports to the Director of Facilities Operations.
