Shop Technician

Summary: The Shop employee serves as an ambassador for the company and is responsible for managing pulling orders correctly, checking inventory, staging inventory, and delivery. Services are performed on-site and on demand to ensure complete customer satisfaction.  Essential Functions: Understand orders and inventory language Locate and pull inventory for customer orders Double-check work Performs other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Previous warehouse or industrial work experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and desire to grow an existing sales & service business Ability to work in a team environment. Strong work ethic with ability to work under minimal supervision Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to clearly communicate with sales, management, and customers Thorough understanding of products and equipment used in manufacturing Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines Knowledge of safety regulations for working with hazardous chemicals and handling high-pressure and high-temperature liquids Work Environment: This job operates in a warehouse environment that will pull inventory, light manufacturing, and testing. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
