
Customer Service Representative- Bathroom Accessories (1 year position)
Job Description
This position is responsible for providing Customer Service to the direct sales channel including Distributors, Manufacturer’s Representatives, Architects and End-Users. Responsible for processing of washroom accessory and partition sales orders via telephone, fax or e-mail, responding to inquiries and coordinating inter-departmental communication for complete follow-through with the customer. All functions must be performed in accordance with established company policies and procedures. This role is structured as a one year position.
