What sets the Front Office and Guest Relation Team apart?

What will you do?
- You will take care of our international guests, as well as our VIP and regular guests.
- You will organize and fulfill guest requests.
- You will handle complaints professionally.
- You will take on Manager on Duty responsibilities.
What makes you stand out?
You can handle hectic situations during peak times well, keeping a cool head and staying focused on your role and your team. You have a strong sense of responsibility and an eye for detail. You have already gained relevant experience and bring a natural warmth and friendliness to the role. You are fluent in German and English.

We offer a full-time monthly salary of EUR 2,263 gross according to pay group 3 of the collective agreement for the hospitality industry in Vienna. Willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications is possible.
