Job Description
As an HR Business Partner at Dauch, you will play a key role in aligning HR practices with business goals at our Legazpi plant. Acting as the main HR reference on-site, you will partner closely with plant leadership, HR manager and corporate HR to co-create talent agendas, strengthen labor relations, and ensure a consistent application of HR policies. You will design and implement frameworks across recruitment, performance, succession planning, compensation & benefits, engagement, onboarding/offboarding, and retention, while generating insights from HR data to support strategic decisions and anticipate organizational risks.
