Propósito del Puesto
Brindar apoyo académico, administrativo y formativo al docente titular en el desarrollo de las actividades educativas, promoviendo un ambiente seguro, organizado y bilingüe que favorezca el aprendizaje integral de los estudiantes.
Responsabilidades Clave de ISP
- Asistir al docente en la preparación y ejecución de actividades pedagógicas.
- Brindar acompañamiento individual o grupal a los estudiantes durante las lecciones.
- Reforzar instrucciones y contenidos en inglés y español según las necesidades del aula.
- Apoyar en la supervisión y manejo positivo del comportamiento estudiantil.
- Colaborar en la elaboración y organización de materiales didácticos.
- Mantener ordenados materiales, recursos y espacios del aula.
- Apoyar en el registro de asistencia, tareas y comunicación básica con familias.
- Colaborar en actividades escolares, eventos y proyectos institucionales.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de normas de salud, seguridad y convivencia escolar.
- Supervisar a los estudiantes durante recreos, almuerzo, entradas y salidas cuando sea requerido.
- Apoyar en hábitos de higiene, organización y autonomía.
- Identificar y comunicar situaciones académicas, emocionales o conductuales relevantes.
