Join Apple's Battery Engineering team as a Hardware Manager for Battery Management Systems (BMS) where you will lead and develop a sizable team of BMS hardware engineering managers and their engineers, focusing your time on strategic leadership, cross-functional orchestration, and organizational capability building while maintaining technical credibility through selective deep engagement. We are looking for an experienced senior leader who can guide teams through revolutionary technological changes, build effective cross-functional collaboration, synthesize and deliver an advance battery roadmap, and influence continuous improvement with vendor workflow while managing concurrent BMS hardware development for vast Apple's portfolio.
