Responsibilities for Response Health Centre Security Guard
- Operate site-provided metal detecting wand to screen patients entering the facility
- Monitor and assess potential security risks and respond in accordance with site protocols
- Maintain accurate records of screenings and report incidents or concerns
- Provide calm, respectful, and professional interactions with patients in high-stress situations
- Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Qualifications for Response Health Centre Security Guard
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Use of Force certification required
- Hold a Manitoba valid security license
- First aid certification required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in computer skills
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure environments
