Talent Development Program Manager
Job Description
Snyk is the leader in secure AI software development, helping millions of developers develop fast and stay secure as AI transforms how software is built. Our AI-native Developer Security Platform integrates seamlessly into development and security workflows, making it easy to find, fix, and prevent vulnerabilities — from code and dependencies to containers and cloud.
Our mission is to empower every developer to innovate securely in the AI era — boosting productivity while reducing business risk. We’re not your average security company - we build Snyk on One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking.
It’s how we stay driven, supportive, and always one step ahead as AI reshapes our world.
Why this role?
At Snyk, we believe AI is not just a technology shift — it’s a mindset shift. To fully realize its impact, we need to fundamentally evolve how our people learn, work, and grow.
As the Talent Development Program Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how modern organizations build and secure software at scale by ensuring every Snyker has the skills and confidence to leverage AI. You’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team to design and scale the frameworks that build AI fluency across the organization, embedding innovation into our very DNA. This isn't a traditional learning role; you are building the enterprise-wide strategy for AI upskilling to drive systemic capability in the AI era.
What You’ll Do:
Own the delivery and scaling of AI enablement programs across the organization, translating strategic priorities into actionable learning pathways, playbooks and resources.
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases and translate them into practical, role-relevant learning experiences.
Champion experimentation and AI-first thinking across all functions, enabling and supporting behavior change, adoption and confident use.
Support responsible AI usage by embedding governance, ethics and best practices into enablement programs.
Track and report on AI adoption and proficiency metrics, providing data-driven insights to senior leadership.
Contribute to broader Talent Development priorities, including manager development, coaching, mentoring, learning journeys and learning operations as the function evolves.
Operationalize programs end-to-end, including planning, stakeholder management, communications, logistics, LMS content structure and rollout.
Bring structure to ambiguity, managing multiple Talent Development programs and turning complex input into clear plans, practical resources, workshops and reusable knowledge assets.
Operate as part of a collaborative, lean Talent Performance & Development function, partnering closely with the Director while owning defined programs.
What You Bring:
7+ years of experience in L&D, talent development, enablement, organizational transformation, change management or capability-building within global environments.
Strong AI fluency, with the ability to understand LLMs, AI tools, adoption challenges and responsible use, and translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable learning.
Proven track record of owning and delivering capability-building initiatives in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with and influence leaders across Engineering, Product and Sales.
Excellent communication, facilitation and storytelling abilities, with the confidence to run workshops, create clear stakeholder updates and drive engagement.
Strong program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs, keep stakeholders aligned and move work forward with pace and structure.
Comfort balancing strategic workstream ownership with hands-on operational delivery.
It’d Be Awesome If You Also…
Have hands-on experience with AI/LLMs or modern enablement tools in a high-growth tech environment.
Experience building skills frameworks or capability models from the ground up.
Love solving complex problems and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo to drive innovation.
Have a sense of humor — we take our mission seriously, but not ourselves!
We care deeply about the warm, inclusive environment we’ve created and we value diversity – we welcome applications from those typically underrepresented in tech. If you like the sound of this role but are not totally sure whether you’re the right person, do apply anyway!
