- No previous insurance experience is required

Daily Responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound calls
- Schedule appointments with interested clients
- Conduct virtual benefit presentations
- Explain available options clearly and professionally
- Answer client questions and provide helpful guidance
- Complete applications and required paperwork
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups
- Participate in training, coaching, and leadership development
- Support quality control and client satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
