Daily Responsibilities

  • Make inbound and outbound calls
  • Schedule appointments with interested clients
  • Conduct virtual benefit presentations
  • Explain available options clearly and professionally
  • Answer client questions and provide helpful guidance
  • Complete applications and required paperwork
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups
  • Participate in training, coaching, and leadership development
  • Support quality control and client satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
