Job Description
Bridge the gap between Clients Bank's business stakeholders and the technical team by gathering and documenting detailed requirements for case management workflows. Create user stories, process flow diagrams, and functional specifications for agent UI screens, approval matrices, and fraud case escalation rules. Validate that the Salesforce solution meets banking compliance needs and operational efficiency goals. Facilitate workshops with customer service and call center teams to refine requirements. Must have prior experience in banking or financial services operations.
