Field Collections Representative

Sunwave Energy is seeking a Field Collections Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Visit customers at their residences to discuss delinquent loan accounts.
Deliver payment reminders and explain available payment options.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
Document customer interactions and report findings to management.
Coordinate with lenders, customer service, and internal departments to resolve account issues.
Follow all company policies and applicable state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

Valid Florida Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a daily route.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Previous experience in collections, customer service, sales, or field inspections is a plus.
