TPC Supervisor

We’re looking for a TPC Supervisor! In this role, you will manage a team responsible for ensuring transparency, data quality, and timely execution of SO and PO processes, while also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the TPC team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Take ownership of your team’s overall performance, motivating and guiding them to ensure results are delivered within the given targets.
- Ensure high data quality and transparency for all activities related to the allocated customer group.
- Support continuous improvement projects to enhance TPC process efficiency.
- Assist with the implementation and training of new or upgraded billing system processes.
- Support operational teams in vendor profitability and vendor renewal analysis.
- Deliver accurate and timely billing performance information to CSS Account Management.
- Provide MBR/QBR reports and support audits for Regional Operations and partner meetings.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management.
- Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, etc.) is considered an advantage.
- Excellent analytical thinking, accuracy, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high performance under deadlines.
- Solid computer literacy (MS Office essential).
