Area Vice President/General Manager

The Area Vice President/General Manager (Market approx. $80M+) leads the effective development and execution of the district business plan, human capital strategy and P&L operations. The Area Vice President is accountable for developing action and contingency plans to meet or exceed his/her district P&L targets. The Area Vice President is also responsible for developing district strategies for accelerating growth through customer loyalty and employee engagement, market penetration and share gain.
