About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Complex Care Assistant to support a young girl with Rett Syndrome in her family home. She loves school, playing outdoors, and trips to the park. The home also includes friendly pets — from dogs to a bearded dragon — so you’ll need to be comfortable working around animals.
This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your clinical skills. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support in areas such as:
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilation
- Seizure management
- Stoma care …and much more.

- Provide high‑quality overnight care
- Support with daily needs and comfort
- Deliver safe and effective clinical care
- Work as part of a compassionate, person‑centred team
What You Must Have
- PEG feeding experience
- Suctioning experience
- Medication administration
- Bowel and Bladder Washouts
- Moving & handling skills
- Confidence working in a home with pets
- A positive, enthusiastic approach to care
Guaranteed clinical training — including tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management, and more, with full support from our clinical team.
