Sales Specialist

We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Retail Sales Specialist to join our Sydney Showroom team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.                                           

Retail at Castlery is where design, service, and experience meet — giving customers a space to explore, connect, and discover the perfect pieces for their homes.

What you’ll be doing

• Drive sales by building strong customer relationships and delivering an exceptional showroom experience.
• Understand customers’ needs, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences to recommend thoughtful, design-led solutions.
• Confidently engage walk-in customers, handle objections professionally, and convert conversations into sales.
• Maintain high showroom standards and support day-to-day store operations.

What you’ll need

• A strong hunter-sales mindset with confidence in customer engagement and closing sales.
• High EQ, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport naturally.
• A genuine eye for design, aesthetics, and beautiful spaces.
• Strong ownership, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and grow.
• Prior retail or sales experience is a plus, but we care more about personality, customer presence, and commercial instinct than direct furniture experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.

• Location: Supa Centa Moore Park, 2a Todman Ave, Kensington NSW 2033, Australia
• Working hours: Sunday: 10am - 5pm, Monday: 9am to 5.30pm, Tuesday: 9am to 5.30pm, Wednesday: 9am to 5.30pm, Thursday: 9am to 9pm, Friday: 9am to 5.30pm, Saturday: 9am to 5pm
