Junior Specialist AR Accountant

We're looking for a Junior AR Accountant to join our Shared Services Hub in Gdańsk. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop within finance, learn from experienced colleagues, and gain hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable. You'll support collection activities, build relationships with customers and colleagues, and gradually take on more responsibility. This role also offers future opportunities to gain exposure to Accounts Payable , allowing you to broaden your finance knowledge and develop across multiple processes. What will you be doing? Follow up on customer payments and support collection activities Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices Investigate payment discrepancies and support issue resolution Support reporting activities and work with Excel and ERP systems Learn and contribute to improvements within the AR process Who are you? You are eager to learn, enjoy working with people, and take a structured approach to your work. You communicate clearly, take initiative, and are motivated to grow within finance. This role could be a great match if you: Have relevant education or some experience within finance, accounting, or AR Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken Enjoy building relationships and working closely with both your team and our customers Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn Are comfortable working with Excel and business systems A little about the team: You'll join a team of six supportive colleagues in Gdańsk who work closely together and help each other succeed. You'll receive guidance, develop your AR expertise, and have opportunities to expand your responsibilities into AP over time.
