T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. The Role
T1 Energy is looking to hire a Warehouse Shift Lead for our G1 facility in Wilmer, TX.
What You’ll Do
· Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and material handling
· Lead and supervise a team of (6 forklift drivers, 3 inventory specialists, 2 clerks)
· Manage high-volume logistics, coordinating
· Verify all incoming and outgoing shipments against Bills of Lading for accuracy
· Ensure correct materials, quantities, and documentation before release or storage
· Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and move inventory throughout the warehouse
· Train team members on warehouse procedures, safety standards, and equipment use
· Maintain organized inventory and perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy
· Coordinate with logistics and management teams to meet deadlines and shipment schedules
· Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipments or inventory records
Qualifications
2+ years in a leadership or management role
Experience leading maintenance teams in 24/7 operations
