AS A HOME HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE (RN), you will experience a rewarding career by providing in-home nursing services for our home health patients through evaluating and assessing patients and coordinating all Home Care services in the patient's home.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have a current Pennsylvania RN License or Temporary Practice Permit
• Have a valid Pennsylvaniadriver's license
• Have current automobile coverage
• Have 2 years of acute care or long-term care experience
• Have excellent time management skills
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Have strong teaching skills
• Have ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Have ability to meet physical requirements of position
• Be a team player
