About this Position This Senior Brand Manager role offers the rare chance to shape the future of Vidal Sassoon across APAC, owning both the innovation pipeline and the brand’s creative expression. You’ll drive end-to-end new product development, translating regional beauty insights into launches that matter, while also defining the brand’s communication direction and campaign ideas across markets. What you´ll do NEW PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENT: - Market intelligence: familiarizes with regional and local trends and consumer insights, lead NPD ideation. - Provides category expertise, runs portfolio review and identifies white spots, builds innovation roadmap. - Executes assigned New Product Development projects including conceptualization, validations, development and implementation. - Steers projects according to Henkel’s innovation process together with internal and external partners (R D, NPI, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Production, Legal, Agencies, etc.) to ensure OTIF delivery. - Launch tracking: closely monitors launch performance and seek optimization opportunity. BRAND COMMUNICATION CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT: - Develops brand communication guideline and assets, including communication platform, brand book, KV, brand video, pack shots etc., cascading to different channels to ensure execution consistency. - Develop campaign big idea and corresponding assets. BUDGET MANAGEMENT: - Sets up marketing budget for responsible product lines and maintains tracking tool. - Processes marketing spending in accordance with budget and improves ROI.
