We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Inside Sales Hypercare Representative position located in Provo, Utah. The individual we are looking for is someone who enjoys working in a team environment and excels working at an individual level.

Responsibilities include:
Provide real-time phone support to Service Professionals during initial service appointments to resolve customer concerns and retain customers
Adjust agreements when appropriate within established guidelines to support service completion
Maximize service completion rates through customer support and issue resolution
Conduct outbound calls to customers with upcoming service appointments to confirm appointment details
Reinforce agreement terms and answer customer questions to improve service readiness
Improve service completion rates through proactive customer outreach
Contact customers whose service appointments were not completed to reschedule services
Overcome objections and present retention offers to recover subscription revenue
Recover revenue that would otherwise be lost through rescheduling and retention efforts
Accurately document customer interactions and update account records within company systems
Communicate service-related issues and coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Support teams
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, customer retention, customer service, or a related customer-facing role
Experience handling inbound and outbound customer interactions preferred
Knowledge of sales, customer retention, and service operations
Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and customer service skills
Ability to multitask across systems while maintaining accurate documentation
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions within established guidelines
Ability to identify customer concerns and develop effective solutions
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions
Ability to professionally resolve conflicts and de-escalate challenging situations
