Join our team as a Data Architect, Reporting and serve as the lead architect for HR analytics and workforce intelligence solutions. In this role, you will design and deliver scalable reporting and analytics capabilities that empower leaders with data-driven insights for workforce planning, staffing optimization, labor strategy, and operational decision-making.
This role will develop advanced reporting frameworks, executive dashboards, and analytics solutions while partnering with HR, Operations, and Enterprise Analytics teams to translate complex workforce data into actionable business intelligence. This position plays a key role in enabling predictive analytics, workforce forecasting, and self-service reporting capabilities across the organization
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain advanced databases, matrix, and composite reports across HR and operational data sources
- Develop workforce management dashboards to monitor staffing, productivity, overtime, and capacity trends
- Create executive dashboards for headcount, turnover, vacancies, labor utilization, and key workforce metrics
- Perform predictive analytics and workforce forecasting to support strategic labor planning
- Integrate and transform data from multiple HRIS and workforce systems into visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
- Lead reporting governance, data quality initiatives, and post-implementation optimization efforts
- Partner with Enterprise Analytics to establish reporting standards and automated data pipelines
- Enable self-service reporting through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Informatics, or related field
- Workday Pro Certification in Reporting and/or Prism Analytics required
- Preferred certifications include Tableau Desktop Specialist, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300), and UKG Workforce Management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel certification required
- Experience with Workday reporting, HRIS analytics, and workforce intelligence solutions
