Physician Assistant - Procedural Focus

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, histories, and physical exams for complex medical and post-acute patients. - Perform and assist with procedures (e.g., central lines, thoracentesis, paracentesis, wound debridement, suturing, lumbar punctures, and other invasive/minor surgical interventions). - Order and interpret diagnostic tests; develop and implement treatment plans. - Provide daily rounding, manage acute changes in condition, and coordinate multidisciplinary care. - Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and preventive care.
