What You’ll Be Doing

 

• Introduce new products and variants into production to ensure smooth ramp‑up and stable processes
• Optimize and automate assembly processes and production flow to improve efficiency and capacity
• Improve cycle times, changeovers, and resource utilization to reduce downtime and waste
• Create and maintain process and quality documentation to support consistent production
• Actively contribute to Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives focused on SQDC
