Head Cook

Program:  Quarterstone | 225 25th Street, Brooklyn NY 11232  Position Summary HELP USA is seeking a Head Cook to join the food services team at one of our transitional, shelter housing sites.  Your responsibilities will include: Creating a nutritional menu that encompasses three meals a day.  Helping with food preparation, food service, and kitchen cleanliness. Supervising kitchen Helpers.   Keeping daily meal count records as well as accurate inventory records.  You're a great fit for this role if you have:  High School Diploma or equivalent required. Food Handlers License required. Three years of related work experience in food service preferred.
