Machine Operator - Assembly (3rd shift)

Hours: 10:00pm-6:00am, Sunday-Thursday with some weekends as needed. Position Summary: The assembly machine operator is responsible for operating a variety of assembly machines and inspecting product to guarantee product quality requirements. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: · Maintain a safe and healthy work practice by observing safely procedures and practices. · Operate equipment following the work instructions. · Strictly adhere to all work instructions and safety procedures · Inspect product and record results as required in the Quality Specifications. · Some Lifting Required – up to 55 lbs. · Climbing steps may be required · Other tasks are assigned as necessary to ensure production requirements are met · Immediately report any unsafe or unhealthy working condition to supervision/leadership. Wage: - $18.75-$23.73 (depending on experience). - Shift premium: $2 per hour. This role is required to be on-site 5+ days at the Hamilton, Indiana location.
