Senior Project Manager R&D - Technology Expert Decarbonisation

• Lead and drive the decarbonisation R&D program as Technology Expert Decarbonisation, combining deep technical expertise with strong conceptual thinking.
• Act as the principal expert for the assessment and development of the decarbonisation technology portfolio.
• Contribute actively to decarbonisation R&D projects, ensuring technical excellence and innovation.
• Provide technical leadership to a small team of R&D engineers, with potential for future team leadership responsibilities.
• Support system-level problem solving through both high-level conceptual understanding and deep technical analysis.
• Collaborate across teams and stakeholders in a dynamic and uncertain R&D environment.

• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline required.
• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant professional experience in engineering, R&D, or decarbonisation-related fields.
• Strong expertise in decarbonisation technologies and R&D environments.
• Proven ability to combine strategic/conceptual thinking with detailed technical problem solving.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience managing or contributing to complex R&D projects.
• Collaborative, self-driven, and comfortable working autonomously in uncertain environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
