Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Recruitment Consultant into our Pharmacy recruitment team in London. Part of Acacium Group, Pulse AHP is a healthcare recruitment agency that improves people’s lives and alleviates the demands of the UK healthcare system.
đź’ˇ About the Role
In this role, you will:
Be proactive in sourcing new candidates into the business, whilst maximising the current candidate pool
Conduct business development calls to clients to generate new business & increase our share within the market
Nurture current relationships across existing clients to ensure the quality service they expect is being delivered
Build on pipeline to ensure KPI’s are being met
This is a role where your relationship building skills will make a real difference.

📚 Experience We’re Looking For
Recruitment or sales experience.
Experience in healthcare recruitment preferred
Stakeholder management.
