Job Description

专业任务+职责 / Professional Tasks + Responsibility

  • 制定年度及长期的全国业务部门战略规划 / Development of annual and long-term national business segment strategies
  • 领导、协调和和管理焊接部门员工 / Leadership, coordination, and management of welding department employees
  • 定期召开团队和员工会议(包括目标确定) / Regular team and employee meetings (including target agreements)
  • 在客户服务和客户获取方面支持员工维护现有客户良好关系和及时处理客户需求, 确保各区域间的高效合作 / Support of employees in customer care and customer acquisition, maintain relationships with existing customer and handle  their needs in a timely manner, ensuring efficient collaboration across regions
  • 通过销售管理工具进行团队管理,确保销售流程和工具使用的合规性 / Team management through sales tools, ensuring compliance with sales processes and tools
  • 管理全国销售,区域销售,内部销售支持,卓越营销,TCC,市场和方案解决团队,协调内部资源,确保销售战略的推进执行并达成 / Manage National Sales, Regional Sales, Inside Sales, Business Excellence, TCC, Marketing, and Solutions teams, ensure the implementation and assurance of sales strategy achievement
  • 与国内及国际合作伙伴密切合作,进一步完善销售流程/ Further development of sales processes in close cooperation with national and international counterparts
  • 识别交叉销售潜力,战略性地增加产品销售 / Identifying cross-selling potentials and strategically increasing product sales
  • 全国定价并制定针对客户的定价/ National pricing, specify customer-specific pricing
  • 与伏能士国际密切协作/ Close coordination with Fronius International
  • 人事和资源规划 / Personnel and resource planning
  • 完成上级管理指定的任务 / Complete tasks assigned by line manager

领导任务+职责 / Leadership Tasks + Responsibility

  • 负责焊接业务部门所有员工的纪律管理 / Disciplinary responsibility for all employees in the assigned areas
  • 负责对全国销售,区域销售,内部销售支持,卓越营销,技术支持,市场和方案解决团队管理和团队领导 / National sales, Regional sales, Inside Sales, Business Excellence, TCC, Marketing and Solution Teams management and leadership of employees
  • 员工发展(招聘、培训、员工对话等)/ Personnel development (recruitment, training, employee discussions, etc.)
  • 负责员工的职业健康和安全,以及所负责区域的环境保护 / Fundamental responsibility for occupational health and safety for your employees as well as environmental protection in your area of responsibility
  • 职业安全管理体系任务的落实 / Implementation of tasks from the occupational safety management system

要求 / Requirements

教育和专业培训 / Educational and Professional Training 

  • 商务或技术教育背景(本科以上) / Completed commercial or technical training
  • 完成领导力培训 / Complete leadership training
  • 项目管理经验 / Project management
  • 卓越的演讲能力 / Excellent presentation skills

专业经验 / Professional Experience

  • 5年以上相关销售或技术(尤其焊接领域)经验 / More than 5 years of experience in sales or technical field (especially in welding)
  • 5年以上团队领导经验 / At least 5 years team leadership experience

技能、知识、能力 / Skills, Knowledge, Abilities

  • 中文(母语)& 优秀的英语(C1以上) / Local Language (Native speaker) & Excellent English (min C1)
