Business Integration Manager - International Payments

You will be responsible for the following:

• Drives execution across the International Payments, Freelancer, and Connected Travel portfolio by coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, and delivering high-impact initiatives end-to-end.

• Acts as the central integrator across Product, Technology, Partnerships, Marketing, and Operations—translating strategy into actionable plans, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of business priorities.

• Own end-to-end execution of key cross-functional initiatives

• Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans

• Drive program management for major initiatives

• Identify, escalate, and resolve execution bottlenecks across Product, Tech, Ops, Marketing, and Partnerships

• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for critical issues (e.g., payment failures, experience gaps) and ensure closure

• Ensure readiness and alignment across teams for launches and key milestones

• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and decision forums

• Maintain visibility on progress, risks, and dependencies, escalating where needed

We are looking for the following:

• Strong growth and performance marketing mindset, focused on measurable outcomes

• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization

• Ability to translate complex product capabilities into simple, compelling customer messaging

• Experience in multi-segment or platform-based businesses (e.g., fintech, travel, marketplaces)

• Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to drive decisions and optimization

• Excellent stakeholder management across Product, Partnerships, and Commercial teams

• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels

• High ownership and accountability for growth metrics and outcomes

• Creative thinking combined with strong execution discipline
