Shift: Rotational (24x7 Support)
This role is ideal for someone with a mix of consulting experience, technical SME experience, entrepreneurial spirit, and experience in driving commercial success. You will combine technical delivery and SDLC (software delivery lifecycle) know-how, a can-do attitude, and a strong hands-on expertise with design and implementations within the financial services industry.
Responsibilities include:
Delivers projects that involve implementing the software for new clients, customising the product offering/workflow/forms/integrations for existing clients and enhancing the capabilities of the core platform.
Liaises directly with clients to identify and document business and technical requirements, recommending implementation and design options.
Supports technical planning, estimations, development, build and deployment phases of the software project lifecycle. Collaborates with technical lead, client facing Project manager, other Tech Consultants (TCs), QAs and BAs across the broader firm.
Manages ad hoc technical configuration change/enhancements requested and coordinates them with other involved parties.
Supports application design, development, and implementation of configuration software changes (GoldTier).
Reviews technical issues raised during QA building and test execution. Reviews test data coverage for their area. Supports with defects verifications and helps with elements of QA testing.
Deliver tasks to high standard while adhering to implementation timelines.
Document deployment steps and liaise with client stakeholders to implement changes.
Update time tracking, issue tracking and reporting systems in a timely manner.
Actively participate in grooming sessions for core product enhancement, development, and testing.
