What you´ll do Acts as the primary peer and supply chain partner to Commercial/Sales leadership and customer supply chain executives. Integrates deep knowledge of both company and customer supply chains to solve complex problems, shape strategies, and represent Customer Logistics Excellence with Sales. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align commercial strategies, optimize operations, and support new business opportunities. Identifies current and future business needs, translating them into project direction, solution design, and resource allocation. Develops and executes customer-focused supply chain programs (logistics efficiency, returns, unsaleable, CPU), while leading KPI performance and continuous improvement initiatives. Builds and manages strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, and 3PL partners, overseeing operations and >$120MM in budgets while driving end-to-end value creation
