Lead Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Foreman to join our team in Kettering, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing fence installation projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of fence installers
• Ensure that all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Ensure that all materials and equipment are available and in good working condition
• Train and mentor new team members
• Communicate with customers to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the work
• Perform quality control checks to ensure that all work meets the highest standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a lead foreman in fence installation
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions
