2. Handles Customers Calls and administer calls to resolution
3. Customer inquiries via e-mails, etc.

1. PC Proficient – Operation of computer systems e.g. Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
2. Advanced written and verbal communication skills
3. Systems Aptitude/ Critical Thinking
