Qualifications:

• Prior Technician experience preferred
• Tech school graduates welcome
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Sales mindset with a customer-first approach
• Familiarity with dealership systems and repair order processes is a plus
