Shafting Process Technician

Bender CCP is seeking a skilled and motivated Shafting Process Technician to join our Shafting Department within a dynamic industrial and machining environment. This role supports shafting operations, post weld heat treatment (PWHT), and general production processes in our shafting department shop. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Miller Pro Heat 35 induction heating equipment and a strong understanding of post-weld heat treat and stress relief procedures. You will play a critical role in ensuring shafting and repair operations are performed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
