Job Description
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for facility and equipment, effectively support the operation.
- Responsible for the coordination and handling of major anomalies and maintenance problems of facilities an equipment, summarize countermeasures and effective actions.
- Responsible for the installation, commissioning and maintenance of the water, electricity, gas, lighting and other related facilities.
- Responsible for writing and updating facility related guidelines.
- Responsible for special equipment management to meet the requirements of law.
- Should to repair the equipments independently if necessary.
- College or above, major in mechanical, automation or electrical engineering.
- At least 1 years experience as Facility Engineer.
- English can be the working language.
- Proficient in using WORD, EXCEL, PPT etc.
- Proficient in reading CAD drawings.
- High and low voltage electrical operation certificate is preferred.
